Children’s rates
Ages 0–2 stay free, ages 3–11 count towards paid occupancy, and guests aged 12+ count as adults. Ages are measured at check-out. The total depends on your dates and party. Infants count towards the maximum of 10 guests.
Direct-booking cancellation policy
Free cancellation until 23:59 Japan Standard Time (JST) five calendar days before check-in. From 00:00 JST on the following day, the cancellation charge is 100% of the reservation total.
Airbnb and Booking.com reservations follow the conditions shown on those platforms.
Check-in times and house rules
Check-in 16:00–22:00 · Check-out by 10:00 (Japan time). Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance.
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Please avoid noise that disturbs our neighbours at any time.
